At Hot Miami Styles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer store credit for returns made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email within 5-7 business days.
